Email acknowledgement will be made to confirm receipt of your order. This does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and a contract between us, when we take payment from the card you have chosen.The payment will be taken on receipt of your order.

We have included the above term to protect us from any error made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the event of any price error or price difference to that shown on the website, we will contact you first to ensure that the revised price is acceptable to you, and that you wish to proceed with the purchase, before taking payment from you.

Please note colours can vary from the swatches shown as these are a representation only.

As the scratchers are all hand built,the scratcher may sometimes differ slightly from the photograph.


Shipping is within the UK only. Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, offshore islands and certain remote areas of the UK are laible to a surcharge on the following shipping rates. Please contact us prior to completing your order for all surcharge details. All shipping rates are calculated by weight


All credit/debit card numbers are encrypted in the software when an order is placed on our website. They are only decrypted when they reach our computer. The details are not held in clear text on any website.

We are the operators of this website, and the contents of it are either our property. We are the owners of the compilation of information in this website. Our rights are protected by UK, European and International intellectual property laws. These include the protection of copyrights, trademarks and database rights.


We do not disclose any of your details or allow the details to be used, by any third party.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. Please access our website to view any changes.

Please note any damage incurred to our products must be reported to us within 7 days of you receiving your scratcher. We will have this collected from you so we can assess the damage. If this damage was caused by ourselves or the carrier we will replace your scratcher or give you a refund.

If you decide that you do not want/like your product you may return it to us within seven (7) days for a refund.The return carriage costs will be your responsibility.
